Not completely happy

I had my first software update a week after installation. I pressed install now and went on with my day. When it was time to cook dinner I went to start the oven but all I had was a blank screen! No response when I tapped it any place on the screen, nothing in the Smart App except one tiny reference that you may have to turn the power off and then on to restart it. Really!! I needed to shut off the switch breaker!! Finally exasperated I went & did that and it started to come to life. Why did I have to treat it like a 1978 computer? No message in the app, really - what happened to this interactive cooking when you are not at home? GE needs to improve this!!

We’ve only had it for a few weeks and have not used all the features yet, but what we have used is working well. It looks great and is easy to use.

My only complaint is that the calibration is off. The touch pad is off. You have to touch to the left off each button several times to find the 'right spot'. It is very annoying g and frustrating.
