Oven that has some things to figure out.

Love the display on the oven. Even tells me the weather.
Convection doesn’t leave the fan on. It turns off and on “as needed” to circulate the air. Air fry leaves the fan on. Tried the temperature probe on corn beef roast to 160F. It was not done when the temperature reached this point. Took another 45 minutes. One other problem is trying to cancel the timer. Haven’t figured that out yet.

Cooks well, interface needs work

The oven itself cooks well - the lower star rating is due to the electronic interface itself. The racks, convection, and aesthetics of the oven are great. The problem are the obvious UI failures that make it far more difficult to operate the oven than needed. For example, if you start a timer, you can't CHANGE the timer amount (and attempting to cancel the timer also turns off the oven). Because it's a touchscreen, steam makes it difficult to operate. More concerningly, I have needed to cut the power to the oven multiple times in order to "reset it" since the UI locks up on the panel. Specifically, attempting to use Sabbath Mode will result in the interface getting "stuck" with no way to resolve it (even using the separate application).

Double wall oven

We are very pleased with this new oven. It cooks well and evenly. It has a nice an air fryer option which is the size of the whole upper oven so I can cook a lot for my big family. The only criticism I would have is that it is awkward to add more time to the timer when you find that you need something to stay in a little longer. Otherwise, this is a great oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This GE Cafe 27 inch double oven is a welcome addition to our kitchen and a terrific complement to our suite of other GE Cafe appliances.
The oven simply works and it works well. Based on the performance of our previous oven, which was only a few years old, these ovens pre-heat faster, cook more evenly, and look much nicer.
We love the convection feature and the newly added air-fry feature that was installed with the very first software update. My personal favorite feature is the ability to pre-heat the oven from my phone. We have yet to try the wired temperature probe, but if it works as well as the other features, I’m sure it will become a favorite as well.

The only negatives we’ve experienced so far are relatively minor, nothing more than a nuisance which should be corrected on subsequent models. 1. Why do both oven lights not work independently? Not the biggest concern but annoying nonetheless. 2. Make the terrific sliding racks easier to remove and install. Each time they are installed or removed it tends to scratch the sides of the oven. A potential design flaw which could lead to premature and unnecessary damage over time.
With that being said, I do not want to end on a negative note. This oven is worth the price because it works well and elevates the aesthetic of the space it occupies.

Temperature is too inconsistant

The oven temp is often wrong, but more frustrating, is inconsistent. If you adjust the temp for one use, it isn't the same next time you bake. My wife does a lot of baking and complains about it either being too hot or too cold.

Gas and electric ovens naturally experience temperature fluctuations throughout the cooking cycle, and individual unit variations may occur. While exact temperature fluctuation ranges are not provided, variations from the set temperature can range from +30 to -30 degrees, influenced by factors like temperature measurement location, room temperature, and door openings. This is typical of ovens and is factored into how recipes are created and used. -- However, if you believe your oven temperature is too hot or cold and wish to change it, we recommend using the Adjust Temperature setting which allows the oven temperature to be adjusted up to 35°F hotter or down to 35°F cooler.
