The glass shattered randomly in my old wall oven. I replaced it with this stylish Cafe unit a few weeks ago. I like being able to preheat the oven from my phone and having a camera inside the oven is neat. A couple of complaints I have though:
- The touch screen is not very sensitive so sometimes I have to tap several times to get it to register my pushes
- There is only one timer so if you are running both the top and bottom oven you can't set a timer for each one. This feature could not have been hard to implement
- There is only a camera for the top oven not the bottom
- It claims that there is Google Assistant integration and I did set it up so I could say "preheat the oven to X degrees" and Google replies "ok I have done that" but the oven doesn't actually turn on. So I just stick with the Smart HQ app on my phone

Easy to Use, Great Functionality and Looks!

We've had our Cafe double oven for about a month and love everything about it so far. The touchscreen is easy to use, the oven has a wide array of settings and the "extras" such as the SmartHQ app to control all aspects of the oven's function, as well as the wallpaper that also shows the weather make it a sophisticated and very useful addition to our daily lives. We do a lot of vegetable roasting and baking and the Cafe oven is the best at these over any other oven we've owned.
