Wonderful Oven, Poor Wifi/App

After 3 weeks, all oven functions that we've tried worked perfectly, e.g. Bake, Warm, etc. To this point we have only been frustrated trying to connect the wifi. We are technically very knowledgeable, but the SmartHQ app and oven wifi will not connect to our router. Fortunately the wifi is an addon and does not interfere in any way with the basic oven functions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Asking to review an oven after two weeks

Does everything work with the oven after two weeks? Yes, as it should be. Probably better to ask me a year or two from now instead, then I would probably rate it better. It has some fun wifi features including interesting food facts (mostly), but after a week I think I have seen them all.

Great temperature control, in oven camera. WiFi

More features than I realized. Proofing, in oven camera, temperature control and alerts to my mobile. Such a versatile double oven.
I wanted a Samsung but I’m happy that they were not available and my wife convinced me to get the Cafe. Extremely happy.

Nice oven

My GE Monogram double oven's control panel wore out, so I needed a whole new oven. The new one is the GE Cafe. It's nice. I don't like the fact that the control panel is small compared to the width of the oven and you can only see the settings for one oven at a time. Also there is only one light control, so when you put the light on, both ovens light up. It also seems that you need to turn everything off individually instead of having the option of turning everything off at once. The top oven seems to be off by around 25 degrees. The Wi-Fi is nice. The ovens are wide to accommodate the biggest pans. Seems to maintain temp well once it is reached.

We are in total love with our newest oven. Love the features, the heft and professional grade feel it has. The options on the digital screen are very nice and give an awesome amount of flexibility to whatever you would like to cook. The air fry feature is unlike anything we have seen and eliminates us having to get yet another countertop appliance. Honestly, we are glad for the decision to upgrade.

Everything I wanted and more!

I did a ton of research before making this purchase, and could not be happier with my decision. I am a serious cook and baker, and absolutely love my new Cafe double oven. I have put it through its' paces, and it has performed beautifully whether baking, roasting, broiling or air frying. We use the air fryer mode often, and love the results. I saw someone complain about the racks, but I really find them to be great, especially the locking feature that prevents the racks from sliding out unintentionally. I did apply the graphite lube supplied, so no problems with gliding. While appearance is not nearly as important as functionality, the design is eye-catching - the brushed bronze handles coordinate beautifully with the copper in my kitchen. I would highly recommend without reservation!

All the bells and whistles!

We bought this to replace a 20 year old oven. While some of the features were not on my must have list, they are definitely worth the money. The oven cooks so well and cooking times are so accurate. Baked goods turn out perfectly done. The air fryer feature is great for roasted veggies and you can cook much larger amounts than I can in my countertop one. The built in temp probe is very accurate and roasts are done exactly as you want them. I was able to try out the dehydration feature with my fresh herbs. So much faster than a food dehydrator abd you can do so much more at one time. This was definitely a bonus feature for me but it’s one I will use since I enjoy growing my own herbs. The enameled racks slide so smoothly. So far we are very pleased with this purchase abd I am loving having an oven that is so accurate! Looking forward to Christmas baking!!
