Sophisticated, highly rated oven that disappoints

As this oven is the top rated model at Consumer Reports, I had high hopes for this model. While I appreciate its features and appearance, its performance is lacking. Temperatures are inconsistent, inaccurate, and unpredictable. For example, when it indicates that the preset temperature has been reached, it’s still 30°F to 40°F cooler than it should be. Once it reaches temperature, however, it sometimes overshoots the temperature. In multi rack convection mode, it overshoots it by 50°! Even though I have made a warranty claim and had a service visit, the technician dismissed my concerns by telling me that the oven was performing in a typical fashion. I don’t accept this. I should have bought from another manufacturer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For the best assistance on this, we recommend calibrating the oven. This will let you adjust the temperature up to 35°F hotter or down to 35°F cooler. great oven

We replaced a 1960 oven and the difference between the old and new one in terms of features and quality is sizable. The old oven seems to be of a sturdier build, therefore I do not expect this new one to last 60 years. :) But the collection of features, wifi integration, embedded temp probe makes it a worthy replacement.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Accurate Cooking

The touchpad is easy to use and intuitive. The Cafe app works well with my phone . The sliding interior rack is a nice upgrade . I wish it came with more details on how to use the various cooking modes. Without encouragement, it's hard to break out of using the traditional "bake" setting!

This oven is amazing! There is nothing this oven can’t do and it is now my favorite appliance! The technology and features of this oven make it user friendly and anything I’ve made has come out perfect! I would 100% recommend this oven!
