Modern look and function

Fits right in after re-shaping the cutout from a 1989 Amana. Big improvement in appearance and function. Especially like the convection functions, which includes air-fry to our pleasant surprise! Like to wallpaper function-- we will see how that holds up over time.

Love the WIFI Feature!

I did not give the oven 5 Stars because it takes so long to heat up. I was shocked how long it takes compared to my 23 year old GE Profile Oven I replaced. I timed it today and it took 15 minutes to get to 350 degrees. I love the WIFI, so i can turn the oven on to preheat before I leave my office, so it will be ready when i get home. I have talked with a friend that bought the model below mine a few months ago and she had the same complaint. Also, the bottom metal trim piece is much smaller than before and exposes the old color of cabinet that was hidden by previous oven. An installer told me I should have had two different trim pieces to select from with the GE Fit Guarantee.

Nice oven, could easily be better

This oven is pretty good, and it worked right out of the box. It holds temperature plus or minus about 12 degrees F. and bakes well. Preheat is very thorough. Front and back lights are a nice touch. Don't forget to lube the oven liner rack rails with the provided graphite or your top rack/s will seize in place when hot and chip/scratch the enamel on the racks and oven liner. There are a few nitpicky things that on a thousand dollar top of the line oven bug me though. I don't like that it shuts off after preheating, and it shuts off at the end of bake time. That's just dumb, especially so when making cookies. I have the timer chime at its highest setting, and if you are older than 40 or have the TV on it is inaudible from the next room, it needs to be at least twice as loud as it is and it should have a choice of tones because some of us hear lower frequencies better. Since I can't reliably hear the timer chime I decided to use the phone app instead. I found the Iphone app is difficult to install, it took several download and install attempts and 4 hours of time over two days to get it to work, It requires you to set up an account with GE then requires email verification which took overnight to arrive in my mail box. The app is supposed to work with the timer but doesn't really do so. The phone does chime as it should when preheat is complete but not when baking time is finished. When baking time is finished instead of the audible alert that I expected the phone displays a white balloon with text in it indicating baking is finished, what good is that? Who is going to sit and watch their phone? Dumb! So I have to use my phone's timer function instead which is actually a lot less trouble. The owners manual is incomplete, leaving out many details of "how to" operation. The online one is no better. Youtube videos and internet posts from other oven owners are more useful. What ever happened to good owners manuals?

very satisfied with the performance of my GE wall oven. Operation of basic controls and features is very easy to understand, major problem I have with the oven is there are no instructions on how to operate different modes of cooking, The online operation booklet only describes what each function does, not how to use it. Also some cooking functions such as air fry require wifi connection to internet and I don't trust the internet enough to have any more connection than a laptop computer. I only hope it last as long as the old Monogram GE it replaced.

Solid Performance!

We have had for only a few weeks and have been very pleased. Very happy with the cooking performance so far: true temperatures and the oven holds the temperature consistently. New to air fry, but so far love the new feature. We are wifi connected, but mainly for feature updates.

Great Oven

This oven replaced one that was close to 30 yrs old. I love the probe which I used for my Thanksgiving turkey & it was fantastic. I love the convection feature. I wish the alarm for timer & when temp is reached was louder. Beautiful addition to my kitchen!!

The use of the oven would be great if I had a booklet to tell me about ALL the buttons not just a few and how to use them. How do you use the air fryer if you've never had one? Nothing in the leaflet gave instructions
