My hubby bought this for me about a month or so ago for the one we had in house was from the fifties old and working properly

I installed this product two weeks ago and absolutely love it. The functionality of French doors make it so much easier and we are using all of the features much more more than I had thought.

We have had this oven for slightly over a month and are ecstatic! We have been introduced to both Convection Cooking and Air Frying along with the other innovations; incredible! More importantly, since the oven is mounted at counter height, the french doors make it much safer since we no longer have to lean accross the hot oven door to tend to the cooking. Wish we bought it years ago!

So easy to use!

My first use of my new oven was baking Thanksgiving pies. The touch screen is so easy to use and I love the French doors and easy roll out trays.

Uneven Heating

Convection heating is very poor and uneven. Alarm chimes are annoying.

Hello Moseley2020-We are sorry to hear you are having an issue with the convection heating being uneven. Your oven is equipped with Auto Recipe Conversion, so it is not necessary to convert the temperature when using this mode. To use this mode press the Bake pad under Convection, enter a temperature, and then press Start. Preheating is generally recommended when using this mode. Note: The setting screen allows you to change the volume, the end of cycle tone, and turn on or off the touch sound. We hope this helps!
