Beautiful oven but the racks fit is to tight. It scratched the finish on the inside of the oven. How do I fix this problem. I use the lube. There is no reason to make the racks so tight. Is the Graphiti Lube FDA approved and can I get a MSDS. THANK YOU

I LOVE TO COOK! What can I say about an oven that makes me excited just to prepare delicious meals and so many ways to bake. (Air Fry, convection, one or two tears, warm, proof) An effortless touch screen and beautiful images which makes a great night light. Programing from my smart phone when leaving the office so the meal is warm when I get home! Two full extension glide racks. No heat from the oven makes for a cool kitchen, and the heat stay in the oven for hours after its off.
How efficient is that! I LOVE MY CAFE OVEN

I just started using my French Door Wall Oven. Whether it’s baking a cake or a chicken, all comes out delicious! I love that it perfectly browns to a nice, even golden color. I
also like that I can open it with 1 hand to place food in or out or just to check on my dish, when I’m multitasking! This oven alerts me when my food is done, I can get recipes & it even self cleans! It is also beautiful! What’s there not to love?

This oven is a dream! Anything you can dream up to bake or cook, it does it to perfection! Our homemade pizzas, breads, and Austrian pastries have turned out amazing. This oven cannot be topped, I love it!!

Love this oven.

We very much love this oven. It has exceeded our expectations. Especially love being able to start it remotely. We are new to air fryers and it’s been really fun learning how to use it. Would highly recommend this appliance.

I absolutely love this oven. It heats quickly, it's quiet, and the temperature is spot on. I haven't tried all functions yet, just bake. I believe I will not have issues.

Oven not working for 1 year and still waiting for

It has been a horrible experience built a new house and the oven is 3 years old has been broken for one year and they been out to service it about 5 times and still no luck I was promised a new replacement but still hasn’t happened no one returning a phone can even since I purchased a 5 year extended warranty and still unresolved, very unreliable company to work with
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
