It's HOT and Fire!

I love this oven. Even using it remotely it is easy even for a novice like me. The negative I have is that is does not turn on or off the oven light remotely. That would be awesome if it did. This was my perfect purchase. I have the extended warranty. I hope I never have to use it! So far so good.

Absolutely love this oven. We purchased it for the oven/air fryer combo and have not need disappointed. Love the look, quality and functionality. We purchased this to replace a double wall oven.

So easy to use and the design is impeccable. Definitely one of my favorites in the Cafe collection! With the Smart HQ I can get alerts on my phone or watch, I even know when someone else is using the appliance, would buy any of these appliances again and again.

Useless Oven

I have yet to bake or roast anything in the oven without getting repeated error messages saying the door is ajar (it isn’t). The oven then stops heating and is useless. Service has been out once and couldn’t replicate the issue…the error message appeared the next day. Really frustrating for the amount of money spent on this oven! It looks beautiful and is worthless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome oven

Amazing oven! Cooks everything perfectly. As a retired chef, I bought it for the French door feature. It does everything, no need for additional ovens. Didn't like that it made me connect to the internet but oh well
