Does not work

Right off the bat it does not work, shows an error code then restarts, then the same error code and restart cycle.

Poor product quality. No quality control.

This wall oven was installed on August 13, 2024, eighteen days ago. The installer discovered that the oven door had numerous scratches and was not aligned properly. A new door was ordered by retailer. There have been two oven door replacements delivered since to our retailer. Both of them were defective and returned. Eighteen days after initial delivery/install we do not have any estimates on how long it will be to get a replacement door. The manual was not thorough enough on product features instructions.

Temp variation are a challenge

The oven temps run varied and it is difficult to cook with out watching constantly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Remarkable in many ways

This wall oven is truly feature rich and has outperformed our expectations. Update-able cooking modes like air-fry are great and the touchscreen actually simplifies functionality rather than complicating routine tasks like timers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice but lacks easy instructions

Works great so far, but I wish it came with an old-fashioned paper manual. And I'd appreciate some instruction about convection - do I set normal oven time or something less? And these racks on the bottom that are attached - I haven't figured those out yet. More instructions would be helpful.

Convenient and Consistent

I love this oven as it cooks dishes evenly and is easy to move the racks around. I didn’t think I’d use the wifi/Bluetooth option but have really enjoyed it to preheat the oven. I like the recipe offerings but wish I could save them to the app
