Racks don’t measure up

I am overall happy with the oven but the racks are not the quality I would have expected. I am waiting for a third replacement due to the finish . The first two had rust spots!!!

Hi there,
If you're seeing what looks like rust or a brown substance on your oven racks or on the interior walls on the oven, it is most likely cooked-on oils like olive oil, coconut oil, peanut oil, etc. While we do recommend lubricating your racks with a very light coating of vegetable oil, it is important to only use "vegetable"oil." Make sure it is a very light coating, since using more can also cause spots of burned-on oil residue.
To clean this residue, use a soap and water or a vinegar and water solution. Be sure to rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.

WiFi, oven is veryquiet, even baking on convection

Really enjoy being connected to the WiFi because I get notifications when when the oven is at temperature and when the timer is done. Huge success with cooking this Christmas and New Years celebrations love my new oven

Love the easy to use touch screen! I’ve only had the oven for a month, but I love it so far! So easy to operate and has so many options... even air frying! Looking forward to using it for years to come!

We bought it around Thanksgiving. We were able to cook our Turkey with built in thermometer. With temperature set, it was very easy.
