nice oven, muliple mechanical issues after install

I bought this oven and have had issues with alarms going off for unclear reasons, resetting during cooking, and not all the features working. Doe to COVID I do not want anyone coming into the house and the person over the phone was not helpful...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Would've given 5 stars, but database of scan-able recipes are scant, If it didn't have that feature at all, it would've gotten 5 stars, its a nice appliance

We bought this oven as part of our recent kitchen renovation. We’ve been able to use it for about two weeks and I love it so far! Our previous oven was a KitchenAid and took forever to preheat. This oven heats up quickly and seems much truer to its temperature. I haven’t tried all of the settings yet but the air fryer is great for Brussel sprouts. And I’m sure the remote start will come in handy at some point. I’ve used the steam clean feature once so far and love how simple it is. Lastly, it’s beautiful!
