Not working since install

Not sure if this is a builder issue or an oven issue,. however my very expensive oven hasn’t worked since install. I closed 12/31 and have not had a working oven even though a paid to upgrade to this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First time user if a smart oven. 100% makes home cooking a breeze. Several functions at your fingertips. No more air frying in batches, & no more worrying about cooking temperature. This oven can do it all. Best of all, I can operate this oven on my smart phone. 100% recommended over other bug name luxury brands.

The Wi-Fi enabled oven is great. The features & built in thermometer are very helpful. The size is pretty good and it heats up quickly! Plus it’s easy on the eyes.

I’m happy wit this product but one thing I wish it could have was a number lock. My toddler always unlocks it start preheat the oven. No way to stop him. Maybe I didn’t find an option to lock the screen with numbers.
