I love the oven and all the features it has and it does an amazing job…however, the one complaint I have is the shelves are very difficult to slide in and out and it sticks especially when I have a casserole baking on it. I assume it’s new and with time it will slide in and out easier.

DO NOT BUY GE CAFE APPLIANCES

We do limited household baking and this product allows leakage and staining between glass window layers requiring disassembly of door for cleaning. HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN WHOLE GE CAFE LINE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH 3 OF 4 APPLIANCES IN FIRST YEAR. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASE.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
