Cafe electric oven in my off grid home!

I recently installed this great oven in my off grid home. I initially had a high end propane oven, Blue Star, but it preformed very poorly. I love this oven!

Cafe Wall Oven

I have had my oven for less than a month and I love it so far. The steak house feature and the air fry were the first things I tried, both worked as expected. I wanted the model with the camera, however, due to manufacturing delays, I had to get this model. Overall, I like the oven and would recommend it to others. I would have loved to be able to view the process of foods being cooked in my oven, this is my only complaint that the model was severely backordered.

Finally, an oven that heats to temperature!

For the first time in my life, I have an oven that heats to the correct temperature. For years I've had to adjust either the temp or cook time, or both, to get recipes to turn out. No longer! The Cafe oven heats and cooks to perfection!

Stylish and Functional Oven

This oven seems to hit the mark for value and quality. The screen is useful and easy to use. The oven cooks and preheats efficiently. The copper accented handle is a subtle, but stylish accent to my bronze marbled Cambria Quartz.

This wall oven has exceptional features

I love my new wall oven. Its features are easy to use, and accurate. The only difficulty so far is the fact it doesn't have a user manual, that I can find. It bakes evenly, preheats quickly, and the proof mode is great. I have not yet tried the probe. The rolling rack seems to stick a lot, even after applying the graphite. The mechanism needs upgrades for sure. .
I can hardly wait to bake at holiday time this year. Definitely worth the money spent.

INNER GLASS SHATTERED ON SELF CLEAN MODE

I recommend not using the self cleaning mode. Twenty eight minutes into self-cleaning, the inner glass shattered.
