Looks good...but....

It runs 75-100 degrees lower than the desired temp, so to have a 350 degree I oven I have to set it at 425-450. If I want to cook pizza at 450 it may eventually get there but takes more than an hour+. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to cool down - more than 2++ hours (with the fan running the whole time). I called the appliance store (a dedicated high-end appliance store) where I bought it and they said "that's just the way it is."
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Noisy, but filled with plusses!

There are lots of pluses: excellent proofing temperature, quick heating, even baking for cookies, easy to use dashboard display. The throbbing sound when heating -- like a helicopter overhead -- is disturbing, though it's only apparent until it reaches temperature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really good oven

It’s a really good oven with mostly even heating. Only issue is that it will glitch and freeze when the timer goes off and it takes a minute or two to “dismiss”. Hopefully a firmware update can solve that issue

The control features are really nice. The oven heats quickly and things seem to bake evenly in the oven. My one issue is with the difficulty of sliding the oven racks in and out. It is as if the racks are slightly too big for the shelf supports. It is especially difficult when the oven is already hot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Multiple cooking features, fast, even cooking.

I purchased two ovens in this model and love them. They are beautiful and cook food with precision. I love that I can control the ovens from an app on my phone. The large front display makes it easy to keep an eye on the food that is cooking cooking even from a distance. Multiple cooking features make it exciting to cook different types of foods and experiment with the different methods of cooking. The ovens are extremely easy to clean which keeps my ovens looking beautiful. The only downside to performance has been that the digital timer sometimes gets stuck and the display screen goes blank, and the only way I’ve been able to stop the timer is by disconnecting power to the oven through the breaker box. I’ve experienced this with both ovens more than once.
