We love our oven. We love the speed of the preheating cycle and the accuracy of temp. We also love how easy it is to navigate what / how you wish to cook an item.

Truly a SMART appliance

The operating system of this oven is top notch. It looks great as a replacement for the original Kitchen Aid which would no longer keep accurate temperature. Only wish I had done the matching microwave at same time.

The touch screen makes oven operation easy, can also program from app. Love the air fry mode and local weather on the touch screen.

Wanted to be "Wow"ed, but sadly, no

After reading great reviews, was excited to have the oven installed and experience it for myself. The oven design is simple yet elegant, but for the price paid the features are "Meh". What really is disappointing is the long preheat time. Family members commented on the slowness of the oven to reach the desired temperature.
Positives are the bright oven light, capacitive touch screen, roller rack and fun trivia knowledge (if enabled). Two big negatives are slow preheat (as mentioned earlier) and rough sliding of the flat rack. Pulling and pushing in the flat rack is not smooth by any means and therefore would never place anything with liquid on it as moving it may cause contents to spill. Luckily there's a roller rack for such items. Additionally, moving the flat rack scratches the black gloss finish along the side guides.
Maybe with more use I'll learn more about the other features and may change my mind, but for standard features such as preheat time and smooth rack operation, this oven hasn't won me over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks good...but....

It runs 75-100 degrees lower than the desired temp, so to have a 350 degree I oven I have to set it at 425-450. If I want to cook pizza at 450 it may eventually get there but takes more than an hour+. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to cool down - more than 2++ hours (with the fan running the whole time). I called the appliance store (a dedicated high-end appliance store) where I bought it and they said "that's just the way it is."
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
