The oven racks are hard to push in and out.

The oven rack is hard to push in and out. The lubricant given is too watery. Not sure is the lubricant is old. There is also a chip in the oven where the rack lies on. Need to have someone to come out and look at it. I’ve only had my oven for 6 months 😞

W have only had our Cafe wall over installed for 2 weeks but have used it several time. Easy to use, very nice features and good looking as well

Great tech and easy to use

We've only used the oven once since installing it, but so far so good! It heats up quickly (much faster than the 20-year old GE Monogram that it replaced), and it's easy to use. The best feature is undoubtedly is the control panel, which is an intuitive touch screen panel that looks high-tech. I'm actually shocked that more ovens don't have this sort of panel. The Wifi control is also easy to use via a phone app. I do wish the oven was more stylish looking... a cleaner, more European look. And we would have gone with a different brand to get that look if we weren't locked into Cafe due to another Cafe appliance we had to buy (because it was the only decent brand that would fit the space). But that being said, it looks nicer than the old oven, and the features seem to be great.

Overall very happy with this. Heats up quickly and has lots of different features. Air fryer is great and we have sold our old air fryer because it's no longer needed. The convection bake with multi rack feature can be quite loud. Otherwise it is a quiet machine.
