Missing dehydrator spacer

I purchased this oven and love it! However, it did not come with the spacer for dehydrating that it is supposed to. I haven’t been able to use the dehydrate function. When I called Cafe, none of the people we spoke to knew what we were talking about, and sent us an incorrect spacer. Can’t use the dehydrate function without it. Would love some help!

Excellent design and cooking

I've had the Cafe wall oven for about a month and have really enjoyed all the features. I really like the camera and touch screen panel. Very easy to operate and so pretty!

Bakes well, some features meh

Well the video works most of the time, mainly due to the lame website the app uses to see the video. You do have to position the rack just right to actually get an useful view of what is baking. The roller racks are about 2 inches thick, limiting what you can fit when both roller 2 racks - very disappointing; I would have preferred one roller rack had I known.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features

Had issue with set up. Took longer than expected. Oven cooks hotter than old oven so I'm still making adjustments. Like the ease of settings. Needed to find right shelf placement for taller casserole dishes. Would have liked option to purchase with stainless still handle. Bronze does not go with my decor. Extra expense to purchase another handle.

Love, love, love his beautiful oven, the copper color handle is a great look! Very easy to program on your mobile phone. Display temperature settings on the front of the oven is cool looking! The cafe line is very sexy looking! Highly recommended!

Looks good but slow to heat

The oven looks good but is slow to heat up and it seems like the temperature is low, I have to cook everything longer. Usually when convection cooking it is shorter

I love My Cafe OVEN!

First of all I love the look of this oven it matches my café refrigerators and I love the features of this oven and how it lets me know what I need to know from my app on my phone. I have used the oven, air fryer, and convection oven and my meals have turned out so good! thank you so much!
