The wall oven is very atheistically pleasing. It looks very sleek and flush; however, the oven is extremely slow to preheat and the app based features are completely useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had this oven about a month and it works great - the wifi feature is really convenient - especially when I'm running late getting home from work, however, the clock auto sets itself an hour ahead and there is no way to adjust it. At first I thought it was a time zone issue, but there is no way to choose the time zone. I'm so frustrated with it I've had to turn the idle display off completely...

We think you are on the right track in regards to the issue being the time zone. Please check your Smart HQ app and see if you have the correct time zone selected. This is usually the culprit. Purchased five appliances for a kitchen remodel. Café series offers/markets amazing technology and it is a beautiful product line however the wall oven cannot keep proper time. This oven works off your smart phone while you are away but it cannot keep time? The Advantium oven we purchased is keeping proper time but this wall oven has not kept the correct time since the day it was delivered. The service tech (Tony) has been wonderful. If we can get this resolved I will update my review but as of now I am not at all happy with this oven.

I’ve owned this oven for a few weeks now and it’s a major upgrade compared to my last oven. It cooks wonderfully and the smart features are super handy in the morning when I wake up and want to preheat the oven from my phone before getting up to make breakfast. The customizable hardware is such an awesome feature and was a deciding factor in choosing this oven over others. I chose copper handles to tie the oven into the copper that I had elsewhere in my kitchen. I highly recommend this oven.

Love my new oven. Cooks evenly and you can see inside thru it’s large window! If window gets splattered with food it is easy to wipe the ff when still warm.
