An amazing wall oven with obvious thought and upgrades. The details show through to even the untrained eye. I have been designing and installing kitchens for 40 years, and this is top of the line. The sliding racks, the led down lighting, the European convection rocks this oven to a whole new level. Thank you!
This is my third Café product. We recently bought a dishwasher, a cooktop and now the wall oven. I have to say I’m still getting used to it. I wasn’t keen on the bottom rack being permanently attached but I have learned to work around it. Otherwise I have to say I love it! My favorite feature is the delayed start. I can literally put still frozen food in the oven ready to go in the morning, program it to start baking at 2:00, and dinner is ready by 5:30 when I get home. How awesome is that?
Great oven. Took a little to get used to the digital panel, but love it.

My expectation when I purchased this oven was simply that when I set the temperature to 350 degrees, that is what it would do. However, it starts off 40-50 degrees less and as we try to increase the temperature, it fluctuates and is not consistent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
