Easy to set up. Screen very intuitive. Runs true to temperature, validated by oven thermometer. Love it.

Calling all Foodies & Cooks!

The first words out of my wife's mouth were, "I don't need an oven like this. I want a simple oven with On/Off and temperature controls." I replied, "We both love food, and we're foodies and love to cook. I've wanted an oven like this since we married over 40 years ago. We can do this, and we can do it now! Let's do it." Reluctantly she agreed. I've never looked back, and she has mastered this device faster than I did. The beautiful dishes we have created, made, modified, and spiced in this oven are too numerous to count. This oven does everything we wanted and things we didn't know we wanted. Zero regrets, and we have only just begun. We've been using this for almost a year. She thought self-cleaning meant "a mess I have to clean up, and then let it clean and clean it up after it cleans. Well, NO! That is not what she/we learned. It does what it says. And frankly, I love not just being ABLE to see through the glass into the oven, which is also well-lit. The window is huge for us. So, yes, when you dump a whole cheese au-gratin potato dish into the bottom of the oven... sure, there's cleaning. But I had to force her to let it cool first. She insisted that she had to risk high-temperature burns to get what she could, but I insisted and said I'd do it myself. I used a plastic spatula, and she tried to eat the cheese. After reminding her of California Prop 55. She left it alone. We got 99.2% of the mess with a plastic spatula. And the oven did the rest. Did I mention it also does everything we want in an oven? Even temperatures, accurate temperatures, convection, air fry, and there are a couple of things we've yet to use... We love this oven.

Beautiful and functional!

After being without a fully functioning oven for 3 months I am totally delighted with the GE Cafe. It's my first smart appliance so that's exciting. It is well constructed and solid. I love how strong the racks are. I look forward to cooking some amazing meals with my new oven.

A nicely designed oven with outstanding features including the ability to control remotely and to be alerted remotely. The option of convection heating provides more cooking options

Fast and Efficient

We migrated from a gas range and oven to electric cooktop and wall oven. The oven temperature is more even and accurate. We really use and enjoy the convection option.

Ovens performs well and great screen interface. Everything is perfectly cooked. Wifi feature so I can control with my phone is fantastic.

Very dissapointed

It looks pretty nice and appears to be well made.
However, this oven has very limited cooking modes.
The timer settings are available only to some modes
Only 5 or 6 Precision cooking modes
Instructions are very poor and confusing- no suggested cooking times, temps, etc

I had my previous oven for more then 20 years and it was far more advanced that the one that I just bought.
So far I miss my old oven and feel that Cafe oven does not meet my expectations of being modern and versatile

Cafe wall oven is awesome!

When my wife and I decided to update our kitchen we shopped around for appliances and after a lot of research we decided to go with Cafe. They are well built, nice looking and high tech. Once we decided on Cafe, we shopped around to see what was available and luckily, we found a set that would be delivered within two weeks. We are lucky, because they sold out fast and we love all of our Cafe appliances. We ended up buying a Wall Oven, Microwave with trim kit, Dishwasher and Hood Vent. It all looks fantastic together, and they are excellent appliances. The wall oven is amazing with all the options to use and cooks our favorite dishes to perfection. I do use the app and find it useful. We love our updated kitchen and so happy that we went with Cafe'. I highly recommend them.
