Great oven, but BlueTooth issues and TIGHT racks

We really like our new Cafe oven, but have 2 small issues. First, BlueTooth did not work, though we got WiFi set up fine despite the BlueTooth failure. Second, the gliding rack fits WAY too tightly; it scratched the enamel in the oven!

Love it. Beautiful, pre heats quickly. Never had a wall oven before and I love not having to bend over to use it.

Cook evenly, no more burnt bottom cookies. Installed easily into existing space. I can turn it on / off etc. using my I-phone

Great Panel - very easy to read and see. Clock can be seen across the room and the display panel is bright enough to make it easily visible.

Very nice and roomy oven

Did a self install and followed the instructions which were almost accurate. Since it’s been a month, haven’t used all of the functions yet, so far so good.
Wi-Fi connectivity is great function, although having difficulties with turning off the timer remotely ( maybe not available). Software could be more inclusive of other functions. I was also hoping for a soft close door which would’ve been great. Noise, light, and its look are acceptable.
