Love the color screen and that it is touch screen, killer battery life and does absolutely everything you could possibly want. The flashlight is genius and surprisingly bright.
Full confidence when diving and its level of conservatism.
Between my first Garmin Descent and the Mk2i if have 637 dives; an excellent dive computer love the compass function and the air integration. So far I am very impress with my new Mk3i; I Had both T1 and T2 transmitters successfully program. Daily morning assessment is also a welcome addition, looking forward to fully take advantage of this function. The dive app dive sites maps have improved greatly on local dive sites identification.
great projection a about secure diving can do using the activities tracking every day. On that permit us understand many concepts and how can improve our daily activities
I recently purchased the Garmin Descent™ Mk3i dive watch and fitness tracker, and I must say it impressed me on multiple fronts. Designed for divers and fitness enthusiasts alike, this device seamlessly combines functionality and style.
I have not yet used any of the dive functionality, only every day wearing including fitness and health tracking. So far it has excelled in all areas!
It accurately tracks a wide range of activities, from running and cycling to swimming and more. The wrist-based heart rate monitor delivers reliable readings, and the GPS functionality ensures accurate distance tracking during outdoor activities.
I love the bright and colorful OLED display and the new watch faces with upgraded complications. The battery life is impressive lasting much longer than its predecessors.
The integration with Garmin Connect adds another layer of functionality, providing in-depth insights into your fitness, health, and dive data. The user-friendly app makes it easy to set goals, track progress, and even connect with a community of like-minded individuals.
I am looking forward to using it for diving which for me is a huge bonus. I have a watch that I can wear every day, that is functional in every activity that I do, and looks great!
I have upgraded from the Mk1 to the Mk2I to the Mk3I. Garmin has done a great job of taking their amazing fitness watches and breaking into the dive market. The unit is pretty as a modern watch, and its functionality is incredible. It is very much worth the purchase.
I’m coming back to Garmin because the MK3i is now Amoled, I had the mk2i but sold it because I just couldn’t see it underwater, glad they switched to Amoled, live the touchscreen and All the features, only complaint is I can’t make my own pics into watch faces, the “face it” thing always says “something went wrong try again later” fix it please and I’ll give you 5 stars
I bought mine about 3 weeks ago and I have been learning the ins and outs of it so far. I spearfish and so far for that it has been very useful. The body battery feature is probably one of my favorites as it accurately depicts how tired/awake you will be through the day. Overall the watch has a lot of useful features that will take some time to learn.
