Promotional purchase through Sprint. Very impressive output with excellent highs and lows and minimal distortion. Not too happy about the confusion in difference when comparing to the HK Onyx. Significant upgrades with this model in LED/ Wi-Fi settings; not to mention the absence of chrome carrying handle. Still a great buy! No owner's manual included with this model. What's up with this H.K???

My husband bought this for me to use with my Samsung Note 3. I LOVE IT!!! The sound is amazingly awesome!!!! It thumps so well that it set off the smoke alarms in the small room I had it in. It BLOWS AWAY my daughters Beats Audio Speaker. Would highly recommend this speaker to anyone. It is also compatible with his computer so we both get to use it.

This Speaker is awesome. From my better half Tanning outside with it, to inside in the kitchen while doing dishes, the sound quality is superb. Lightweight and very classy Design. Highly recommended!

Great sound with Bass!!

My wife got this as a surprise and it was one of the best gifts Ive received, Im 22 years old and I love music and sound systems, I have several subwoofers and Dj speakers including JBL,BOSE,KICKER and more. If your looking for great sound outside or inside, then the Onyx is perfect. The first time I used it was outside and I was able to hear its full potential without a lag between the Bluetooth, I turned it up all the way and went down the street and can still hear it good, inside it sounds so clear and you can feel the bass where ever you are. Im taking it to the pier when I go fishing and its gonna be a party!!!

I purchased this to replace another soundbox i had. I am glad I made this purchase. The cost was considerably more than previous speakers, but listening to the sound my Onyx radiates makes it worth it. I would recommend this to any listener.

I was offered this speaker as part of a promotion from Sprint when I moved my wireless accounts from AT&T and Verizon at a very steep discount (looks like it might be last year's model as the speaker is slightly different than the current picture) and I am very happy that I took them up on the offer (in fact I bought 2!)
The speaker puts out a sound that one would expect from HK. The bass is rich and deep, but not over powering, the mids and highs are perfectly balanced. This is the perfect speaker for portable music anywhere in (and out) of the house!
