Good resolution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pwned rhe original Stand by Me and the Stand by Me 2 is a superior product. The increase in the resolution, larger screen, and updated processor continues to keep this product ahead of the competition. Dont enen look at the other devices in this space, LG dominates this market and while i probably would have preferred an android OS, the proprietary LG software has gotten better over the years.

Great portable TV

I live in a townhouse and I use it in the living room to watch two games at once, or in the guest room for visitors, or even on the roof to watch sports. My only issue is that it is not quite bright enough in the sun, but it’s still useable.

I take it outside and lounge in my chair while watching Netflixs. Much cooler outside during the hot summer. Best thing i have purchased in years.

Being able to wheel it to wherever you're sitting - bed, couch, desk — makes it far more versatile than a wall-mounted setup. A lot of reviews complain about the screen size, but if you're pulling it close to you, it's really a non-issue.
Picture and sound quality are decent. Nothing groundbreaking, but nothing that will bother you during everyday watching either.
The price is the one thing that gives people pause, and fairly so - the raw specs don't justify it on paper. But the form factor is what you're paying for, and if that matches how you actually watch TV, it ends up feeling worth it.
I've recommended it to a few friends and they've all been happy with it.
