[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device works well as a dehumidifier, it's pulling what I need out of the air, we have not hooked it up to the washer drain just yet to test the auto emptying pump but plan to in the future. The disappointing aspect of this unit is it's supposed to be able to connect to WiFi and have app access for control and updates. I had it connected for the first 5 days but the app was saying my filter was dirty (it's not, the device was not lit up that it was dirty) and there was no way to reset that on the app and the manual reset for it on the device didn't work as the device wasn't showing it as dirty. The app was also not sending me notifications for when the bucket was full, though if I opened the app it would update to show full. This wasn't a big deal, I can check it but just kind of defeats the purpose. After 5 days the WiFi light kept beeping annoyingly and the app says "something is wrong". I have tried all the tips and tricks to reset it and readd to app but I'm having the same issue. I'm pretty tech savvy and I did have it working for 5 days before it just decided to not work. My house is not very large and signal is good in the area I have it, I have not managed to get it work yet but I didn't buy this unit for the WiFi option it was just a plus BUT if you sell something it should work as intended.
