Ok for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the features of the unit but when on high and the lowest setting it freezes. If I leave the white door in front of the filter open it seems to help but it eventually freezes.

Eco feature keeps coming on .I HAVE TO SHUT ECO EVERY TIME I PUT THE AC ON the eco light comes on.'it shouldbe desgned to stay off unless I want it back on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I see daylight through the air outlet grill, Is that normal?. I never saw daylight in all my year s of having other AC units. The ECO light comes on after I put unit on,there is no way i can turn it off permantley

Thanks for your feedback. The unit will run in cool mode with Eco feature and auto fan speed setting when used for the first time. Eco feature can be activated or deactivated by pressing the Eco button, but it is invalid in fan only mode. It is normal to see daylight through the grill.
