[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy so far. This was a panic buy when my portable AC unit died after only 2 years (also Frigidaire). I’m really hoping this one lasts. They just don’t make appliances like they used to. Frigidaire seems to have the best prices on ACs. Trust me, I looked EVERYWHERE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit to replace an older, inefficient model in my kennel. Unit is heavy but i installed it easily by myself. The unit pours out cold air and seems less noisy than the other model. Dogs are cool and comfortable despite the central Florida heat. I have replaced all of my home's appliances with Frigidaire products but this was my first a/c unit. Very pleased so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to buy Frigidaire a/c because I had a disappointing experience with LG a/c with 12BTU capacity for about 3 years now. I have always had the flare to own a Frigidaire product either the Refrigerator or Air condition. At last, I settled for the 8BTU Frigidaire a/c. This product is very portable and easy to use especially with the remote control. It's very easy to install on the window. I have no doubt that it will serve very well and durable. I have no regrets buying the Frigidaire a/c now, it has a very powerful fan. I couldn't find the drain outlet anyhow.

Defective Product

Consumer beware, this window ac unit has a short life span when it comes to operating as a cold ac unit. I bought this unit in September 2021 and in May 2023 it will not blow cold air, it is more like a fan. For some reason the Freon seems to have leaked out or the compressor has gone bad but it was a waste of money and I cannot get any help from Frigidaire and no compensation, nothing. I have been loyal to Frigidaire owning many ac units and kitchen appliances but that means nothing once the warranty expires. Do your homework before you buy this unit! Do not buy this unit

Very good device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this device. It cools my entire 600ft room in like 20 minutes. The only thing I can complain about is that it took me a little while to set up cause I was doing it alone. If you purchase it make sure to have someone to help you set it up.
