[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the exact same model / btu. this one does not get as cold and takes much longer. new is not as good as previous model. i am disappointed.

Please ensure you have it on your preferred settings and there is nothing in front of the AC blocking the airflow. Great air conditioner!
