[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I reviewed the set-up manual, the unit went together very quickly and has operated as indicated. We have experienced a hotter than normal few weeks and the unit has performed as we had hoped. We have been very comfortable.

No smart control.
Remote is usless, push buttons all day but no way of knowing if the ac is on what you want.
A disappointment, for the brand name.

We are disappointed to learn the AC doesn't meet your expectations. Your AC is best for room sizes 350-450 sq. ft. If the unit isn't cooling properly, please see possible solutions on page 14 in the Use and Care Guide.

Keeping Cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you for the air condition is keeping it really cool and comfortable unit is a little small for the area but it cools it really nice fits perfectly in the window and I love the adjustable temperatures and coolness that you can get from it weather is cool cool or just fan here it is perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this window air conditioner cools 1,200 square feet. The compressor is noisy and sometimes when it runs for a long time it has to be turned off to hear the tv .
