Eco feature keeps coming on .I HAVE TO SHUT ECO EVERY TIME I PUT THE AC ON the eco light comes on.'it shouldbe desgned to stay off unless I want it back on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I see daylight through the air outlet grill, Is that normal?. I never saw daylight in all my year s of having other AC units. The ECO light comes on after I put unit on,there is no way i can turn it off permantley

Thanks for your feedback. The unit will run in cool mode with Eco feature and auto fan speed setting when used for the first time. Eco feature can be activated or deactivated by pressing the Eco button, but it is invalid in fan only mode. It is normal to see daylight through the grill. Remote not controlling the AC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works very well. Only complaint is a design flaw where the drain hole for excess moisture is only halfway back to the outside edge of the unit. This makes it impossible for moisture to drain outside, if the sill is wider than usual. Otherwise, no complaints whatsoever.

Great Little AC!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed it for a 240SqFt space. It works like magic, cools the place in minutes and maintains at set temp perfectly. Auto features and fact that it is Eco makes it easy the pocket. On Cool Mode and Low Fan Speed, it only hums when working. Easy to mount. I love it!!!
