[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I reviewed the set-up manual, the unit went together very quickly and has operated as indicated. We have experienced a hotter than normal few weeks and the unit has performed as we had hoped. We have been very comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Powerful unit that cools my living and dining room (approx. 550 sq. ft.). Very easy to use with enough options (fan speed, modes, etc...) to do the job. Remote is easy to use though it's kinda bulky and wish it had lighted buttons and an illuminated LCD screen that displays more than just room temp. Otherwise, happy with stylish looks and performance.

I live in an attic apartment and it is very hot in the summer, this AC is one of three and my favorite. I definitely will purchase this brand again, I have confidence in it.

We bought it but didn't put it in right away...life gets in the way sometimes. We finally got tired of being hot and sweaty so we carefully unpacked it and put all the finishing goodies on it and put it in the window! We Love It! Plus the eco settings are great!
