Silently Comfortable

This review title is Silently Comfortable not because of the great temperature control but rather because it is comfortable on the ears, and that's cool!

Simple and Efficient Cooling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased another one of these 8000 BTU unit after purchasing one a few years ago, and then I purchased a 12000 BTU version because I was happy with the product and the value. My house does not have central AC so I have many window units. These are average in how loud they are, but quieter than the units I replaced. There are a lot more features on these units, but honestly, I only use the COOL and ECO features on all of them. If you want a basic window AC unit that cools well and is reliable, get this one!

Works ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 6000 BTU with this 8000 BTU a month ago. It doesn’t blow as cold as it only goes to 62 degrees, but it works. It takes up less space, it’s not as loud and the construction is much lighter.
