[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this window air conditioner cools 1,200 square feet. The compressor is noisy and sometimes when it runs for a long time it has to be turned off to hear the tv .

No smart control.
Remote is usless, push buttons all day but no way of knowing if the ac is on what you want.
A disappointment, for the brand name.

We are disappointed to learn the AC doesn't meet your expectations. Your AC is best for room sizes 350-450 sq. ft. If the unit isn't cooling properly, please see possible solutions on page 14 in the Use and Care Guide.
