[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the exact same model / btu. this one does not get as cold and takes much longer. new is not as good as previous model. i am disappointed.

We're sorry to hear that this model is not working as well for you! If it has the same BTU as your previous model, it should cool your space just as efficiently. Please ensure you have it on your preferred settings and there is nothing in front of the AC blocking the airflow. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went with this model because it received a lot of great reviews, had an easy to access filter (thick, old stone walls make it difficult to access side slide filters), had a digital temp read out, eco mode, remote, energy star rated, and NO WiFi. Some things just don't need to be 'smart'.

Great AC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new air conditioner. It keeps the room nice and cold and its very easy to operate. The remote control has a little window that tells me the temperature of the room and also allows me to turn the AC's display off and on. I especially like that the AC tells me when the filter needs to be cleaned. Overall I'm happy with this purchase.
