[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy set up, and installation. It runs quiet, and seems to be efficient so far. Though like all window units the side accordion style seals don’t seal on top or bottom. I think manufacturers need to look at this to help consumers limit the amount of insects that can get past them. Also thickening them up to increase the RF value of the unit.
