Sleek, Modern Cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Induction cooktop met my expectations. It's worthy of the Gallery Series by Frigidaire. It's sleek, modern looking and functional. It has a subdued, matte finish with delicate, barely noticeable lines for the pan positions and the controls. The left front silver trim featuring the product name is a nice touch. The best part is that it works very well! The controls and safety features function as they should. My last Electrolux/Frigidaire electric cooktop (which this one replaced) lasted for over 23 years so I'm expecting the same from this one (do you hear me Frigidaire) but only time will tell! Frigidaire made me a believer in induction cooking; I won't be going back. I love how much safer this concept has made my cooking experiences. Well done!

Boil,Boil,Toil and No Trouble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed the new Frigidaire 36" gallery cooktop which was fairly easy. Put an 8 qt pot of water on center burner to test my installation. Turned on the burner and hit the power boost setting. Walked out to the mailbox and upon my return the water was already starting to boil. I also like the matte finish as it doesn't reveal fingerprints like a gloss finish. Of the three cooktops I have owned the Frigidaire Gallery is by far the quietest one.
