Dangerous precedent

The issue: to hear anything you have to adjust the volume on your device to the max, so the next kid on the device that is not using one of these (or adult), is blasted and has a potential to bust an ear drum.
Please stop calling these “volume safe”, they simply reduce all sound from the headphones no matter the volume setting. Fix the problem by limiting the volume after a detected sound level is reached.
