The keyboard has excellent feel

The keyboard has excellent feel and response, love it. This is a very nice looking keyboard. However, the software, Swarm II is in need of work, the firmware update program would crash and not complete leaving the keyboard no firmware installed. I had to perform the required firmware recovery and update in Windows 11 safe mode.
