3. 5 stars , the wrist rest is not comfortable, the keys weren't for me personally, I could not figure out how to turn the display off. But there are pros, it's a super nice keyboard, looks amazing, (especially with the additional number pad), I didn't have any problems with the software or updating. Another con for me was using it with MacOs. Some of these things I was aware of before I bought the keyboard to try it. If I had a bigger budget I probably would've kept it for a few more months just to see if it grew on me. Overall It is a good keyboard but I feel like it's only 82% of what it should be for the price.

I’ve been using the Turtle Beach Command Series KB7 keyboard, and it’s honestly pretty solid. The keys feel comfortable, the design looks clean, and the built-in display is a nice extra feature. It works well for gaming and everyday typing, so overall I’d say it’s a good keyboard for the price.

Ive had nothing but trouble with this keyboard. It will randomly disconnect…sometimes repeatedly until i physically disconmect and reconnect it. Several keys dont behave as expected, the dedicated media buttons will stick causing the entire playlist to skip as opposed to a single song. Both my keyboard and keypad are bad. I have a stealth controller and the flightdeck setup with pedals…all of which have been excellent, i cant tell you how dissappointed ive been about what i expected to be an equally great keyboard/keypad.

The keyboard itself is great,

The keyboard itself is great, perfect keystrokes, good response, and great key layout. The screen is vibrant, placed well, responsive. By all metrics the keyboard is a hit. The issue though, is that for me, its features and functions are largely unusable because it does not interface with Swarm II - it cannot get passed the two step firmware update without crashing into an endless loop, and then it cannot even run without causing turmoil inside of Windows. So without Swarm II the keyboard is locked with factory settings.

Great product, not so great software

I bought this keyboard for the dynamic space on the integrated screen. The keyboard is amazing. Solid feel. Nice key feedback great controls. For some reason the software to control the dynamic area is pretty sub par. Even once you download and install Swarm II the screen still says to download it to unlock more features. Additionally the integration with Discord, Twitch, or other platforms is very clunky. I am thrilled with the keyboard, but it is going to take some updates for the software to be helpful.

Nice and sleek keyboard but the biggest flaw is the software. The options they have for customizing the screen are very limited. It doesn’t display sound controls accurately. They either say it is at 50% or 0 despite have max volume. Kinda disappointed because I hoped for more capabilities like game integration but I don’t even have reasons to use it.
