[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is a warranty replacement for an 11 month old KitchenAid refrigerator that was not repairable it had such a big problem. The company refused to provide us with an extended warranty for no cost even after the original failure took over 40 days to resolve, which in my opinion shows they have no faith in their product. All we can do is cross our fingers and hope this one lasts for a while. I tried to give zero stars but this review won’t allow me to.

Already need service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had the refrigerator for 4 months and we have already encountered a problem with our water dispenser and ice maker. We are not sure why we are not getting water or ice. We have already requested service on the refrigerator to fix the issue. The other problem we have run into is where the adjustments for the temperature etc. are located. Every time you open the door, we have the tendency to touch the adjustments and they will change or beep, not exactly the best location for the adjustments.
I would recommend this to a friend!
