The unit has a rattling noise at the two lowest fan settings. Have taken the recommended steps to fix: verify even surface, change to new filter, check for items stuck in unit, look for loose screws, to no avail.

I started using these for my benefit because I Foster kittens and cats. I just brought a new Foster cat home and she was sneezing. I set up one of my air purifiers in her room and she has stopped sneezing 😺

We are very pleased with our recent purchase of 2 Blueair Blue Pure 511i Max air purifiers! We keep one in our living room and one in our bedroom and they work perfectly! Having set them to the automatic setting, we are alerted, and they ramp up, when air quality is not as good as it should be as they work to clear the air, literally. Great product!
