Unit turns itself off.

The unit constantly turns off at random times. If I unplug it for 10+ seconds and plug it back in it turns back on. I did a factory rest and it was fine for a day but not now.

I love this air filter, we have it in our family room and were running it when the Canadian fire smoke descended on our area. We ran our AC and the Blue Air 511i and did not have any issues with our air quality in our family room.

I was very happy with the Blue Pure 311i + model, so I bought two of the Blue Pure 511i purifiers for the bedrooms. Since then, my nose is never stuffed up and I can breathe freely. Just bought these replacement filters. It also gave us some peace of mind when the Canadian wild fire smoke became a problem. Glad I decided to make this purchase.

I’ve just replaced the filter on my BlueAir purifier for the first time. I’ve been super pleased with the ease of everything from the app, the machine itself and effectiveness, plus ordering and changing the filter was simple. Love this more than my Shark air purifiers.
