Disappointed

I was excited for a brand new AC unit, and I’m very disappointed with this product. It’s practically a glorified window fan. Even on its lowest temp/highest fan setting it just piddles out lukewarm air. It’s cooler in the rooms where the AC doesn’t reach than it is in my bedroom. If you are a fan of the cold, look for something better.

Wonderful AC unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This AC unit is amazing. I love the WIFI feature and that I can conserve energy and shut it off when I am away or if I forget to turn it off. I can also set it to cool the room before I arrive which makes coming home so much nicer. The app is easy to use and well designed. This AC unit is great.

Glorified Fan

Beyond disappointed in this product. It doesn’t properly warm up my bedroom whatsoever regardless of the setting. I can set it to its highest setting and it still blows weak, warm air like a fan. You can hardly even hear the compressor, and that’s a bad thing. If you like it colder in your home, look elsewhere.
