[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation of unit was pretty straight forward and not too complicated. Instructions were a bit confusing at first, but after reading them a couple of times I figured it out. The pictures helped during installation. My storm window frame did require additional work to ensure proper pitch/angle of unit.
Unit is easy to operate and the remote is convenient to adjust unit settings.
The unit stop/start sound did wake me up the first night of use.
The unit does a good job of keeping the bedroom nice and cool!

COLD AND QUIET!!

This thing is awesome! It was really easy to install in the window sill and didnt require any kind of unique wiring or plugs. Directions were easy to follow and I was able to install in under 10 minutes without any additional help. Surprised at how quiet it is! Definitely recommend!

The installation instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. I would recommend this unit to anyone in the market for a window unit.

Great AC for People Who Like it Cold

This unit allows for a Wi-Fi set up and the ability to cool your room down to 60°. Installation was easy and the instructions were easy to follow as well. Would recommend this unit to anybody wanting to cool down their home.

Happy so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 6 year old LG 12k btu unit with this Frigidaire and it's a big improvement. The inverter technology makes it much quieter (I measured 52 dba on normal AC operation at 10 ft. from the unit) and it should use 1/3 less energy. We haven't gotten our electric bill since the install so can't verify that yet. It was easy to install and not too heavy for a 12k btu unit. Also the louvers adjust well to direct the airflow where it needs to go, better than the LG. Bottom line, happy so far.
