Freezing cold air conditioner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I love our new window unit. Keep s our bedroom cold and comfy. We wore out a 8,000 Frigidaire window unit and replaced it with this one. The last one was great but this one is exceptional!

Great A/C unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m surprised with the unit, replaced a 18000 btu Frigidaire with this one and given the 18000 btu was 10 yrs old this one seems to cool better than the old one.

Frigidaire 12,000 BTU window AC

I bought this right when we were having a heat wave in New Jersey. It works ok, but I have to say the GE 12,000BTU AC unit I replaced this with seemed to be colder. It works ok, certainly colder than outside. I do like the app, the GE unit WiFi never worked. This unit is very responsive.
So, the negative with the app is I have to change settings every day. I want it to run high speed fan, cool mode rather than Eco, and the temperature to be 68.
One BIG problem;
After owning it for a month, a pop up said the filter had to be cleaned. I opened it up and it was perfectly clean I don’t understand this, because it would be a great feature if it worked.
