It was great. Until it wasn't.

Bought mine a few years ago and have loved it. Until.....cleaning time. Not very "deep cleaning" friendly. The blower cylinder is locked inside a plastic housing that is nearly impossible to remove. I manged, but wow. Got it all cleaned up beautifully and it worked fine for about 10 minutes. I noticed the blower cylinder was turning VERY slowly. So, I took it apart again, more cuts on my hands from the nonsense configuration of this unit, and greased the pin end. Spun perfectly....for another 10 minutes. Hours and hours spent disassembling this beast....twice...for nothing. No one seems to have an answer for me and a repair person costs more than a new unit. I have 3 others and boy do I regret it. Wish I had known cleaning it would be so incredibly labor intensive and ultimately destructive.
