I bought these on a great 2025 black Friday deal. They are easy to install but were temperamental for the first few days in regards to staying connected even though one camera showed 100 on signal strength and the other was at 96. However, that has seems to correct itself. The camera is fine as far as clarity both day and night. There is some lag in picking up people and movement and sometimes picks the person up as they are leaving the frame. The description claims that the units can recharge via solar charging in as little as an hour. However, as winter begins here in the north, most days are overcast and cloudy. This weather results in very little, if any charging of the cameras at all. Right now after two weeks of being installed, one camera sits at 23% power and the other at 33%, so I am fearing that these cameras will need a manual charge, which means, I'll be breaking out my 12 foot ladder in the snow to pull these down and charge them via the USB port. Pros) Clarity, Ease of Use and free app Cons) Slow charging, can have weak connectivity at times, lag in picking up motion

For any area that gets good light to charge these are great good picture quality nothing to fault

So far had for a week and have to manually bring inside to charge each day as they don’t hold battery. They do not and have not charged to 100% from the beginning and the solar isn’t charging at all. Swann help desk originally was helpful however it’s now 6 days since they said I’d get a call back. Will be returning to JBHiFi to exchange and give a new set a try before making a final decision. When they do work the footage is clear it’s just the battery that is letting them down.

Good one but expensive when i bought it. Nowires. Charges ok now with sydney sun. Remote recording for a fee is a good feature. No base. Came with micro sd card which is handy.

Purchased 2 solar cameras on a special deal they have more than satisfied my needs I am still learning how to fine tune them to my requirements but I am entirely satisfied with them
