Great Cameras especially in the dark very clear and love the feature of the auto photo shot the cameras take. My only disappointment is the POE cable is not long enough for a standard 3 bedroom house.

Less features than older versions - Dissapointing!

We purchased this along with the SWACC-USBWIFIV2 USB Wi-Fi antenna. When trying to set up the camera's, i noticed that under the NVR's settings under "Network" , there is no tab for "Wi-Fi" I contacted Swann, and was advised the "AdvancedX" security systems where too "New" and this functionality was not yet available and could not advise me whether or not it would be available in future. How are older models able to utilise USB Wi-Fi connectors, but a newer model has been released without this functionality? This seems to be a step backwards. Very disappointed.

We’d like to confirm that the USB Wi-Fi Antenna (SWACC-USBWIFIV2) is compatible with your NVR-ADVANX system. A recent firmware update was released to address and improve compatibility, so please ensure your NVR is running the latest available firmware version.
You can check for updates by rebooting your NVR, as this may prompt any available automatic updates. Alternatively, you can manually check by going to Main Menu > Advance > Auto Upgrade > Click “Check Now” to run any available firmware update.
If no update appears or you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us at tech@swann.com. Out team will be happy to guide you through the process and ensure everything is working properly.

Swan Secruity App Failed to Pair NVR

I received the NVR with 4CCTVs on 30th Sept. The system works locally. There is an issue with the Swan Security Apps and NVR Client Cloud Link is disconnected. Unable to find the reason. NVR show network connection is fine but the client cloud link is always disconnected.
Swan Security Apps unable to pair the NVR no matter how do I try with Swann Team and Swann Specialist. It seems no one knows the reason. Spintel the NBN services provider stated they do not block any Swann Security devices.
Help!!!!
