It works fine but not my favorite machine by Nespresso!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine works fine but if I were to choose I would pick the Vertuo over Vertuo Next. I have both machines and I prefer my other one for a couple of reasons, with this machine the locking mechanism isn’t as smooth as the Vertuo and the way it brews the espresso is different. Not necessarily in a bad way but it is just different. The app took a lifetime to connect to my machine, too. The biggest improvement I would love is to have an app that will actually reliably connect to the machine. All that aside, it makes coffee just fine it just isn’t my preferred machine.

Easy to operate , rich flavor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m in love with this machine now . The machine itself looks so beautiful and it’s very easy to operate. The color that I have is creamy white, it is very durable. The coffee capsule box I received have 12 different flavor and they all have description on the box. Each capsule has a special barcode around the circle which let the machine read the barcode to design its blew feature. Safe time save money, You should have one Nespresso machine.

I love that you get a starter pack of various coffee and espresso flavors. It’s so easy to connect my machine to my phone. And the color! I just think it’s so sleek and cute I love it!!

I wasn’t a regular coffee drinker but I am now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not a regular coffee drinker but I am now! It’s literally what I look forward to in the morning. It’s easy one button operation, no clean up. Just easy fast caffeine for this tired mama right here. Quiet for mornings when my kids are still sleeping. It’s light weight so I move it if I need the counter space for other things. The water capacity is large, I usually only fill 1/2 full and it’ll last me since we just drink two cups at most a day. The sleek design and color is modern and clean, pretty to look at!

Amazing machine, cup holder needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a big fan of Nespresso and already used one of their classic old school machines for years. It’s still running strong for over 10 years of daily usage and that’s a testament to the quality but it was definitely time to upgrade. I fell in love with this cream color as it matches my new kitchen style. You can feel how sturdy this is and I can tell this will be my companion for the next 10 years or more. It’s slightly bigger than I expected but I don’t mind because it’s absolutely gorgeous. Not only beautiful, the coffee taste is amazing and every day I get a sense that I’m getting fancy coffee right at my kitchen, without the drive through line or taking my PJs off and going out. The only thing that I wish it was different was the cup holder. I love the idea of adjusting the height depending on cup size and honestly that was a big advantage for me but I don’t like how it attaches to the machine as it feels a bit flimsy. That’s the only reason why this is not a 5 star review, the cup holder doesn’t match the sturdiness of the machine.

Great for busy mornings. Hot, creamy and flavorful

The machine is slim but still makes amazing coffee with ri h cream every time. I and my husband mainly used it for ice coffee and double espresso. The coffee comes out hot, creamy and flavorful. I was surprised by how fast and quiet the machine is. Cleaning is simple too.

Nice looking machine, but can be confusing

The coffee taste very good once everything is working properly. My biggest issue was to set up and connect connectivity. It feels like you need the phone app to fully use certain features, and that can make it confusing. My Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect correctly at first, so it was a little frustrating. Once I figured it out, I was able to change the size of the cup, but I don’t think I would love to have to do that every time I want a different type of coffee.
