Amazing camera!!!

The filters option is amazing!! I truly enjoy taking multiple shots of the same scene with different filters!! I love how it keeps me present without having to look at a screen. It also adds to the excitement to see how it will come out, like the old days. I carry it everywhere with me, it’s so lightweight, I barely notice it in my bag. There is so much beauty in this world and this camera helps me capture as much as I can, wherever I am.

Prefer the originals

The good: the lens is crisp corner to corner and the shutter lag when depressing the shutter is halved from the V105. Feels a lot more responsive. 16mp over 8, technically better.
The bad: the xenon flash is way too bright for anything closer than 6ft away and I am noticing way more noise in dark areas than my V105. So much so that I am choosing to stick with my V105. The weight is about the same but I found the lens protrusion catching on pockets when trying snap a quick photo in the moment.
The subjective: the lens is clearly at a wider focal length than the original models. It feels like maybe 28mm equivalent when the original was more like 35-40ish. Images are a lot wider than what is being viewed through the viewfinder window. Also, the old filters are not compatible with the Pro. I’m sure good third party ones will show up in time but my two go-to filters from my v105 do not achieve the same effect on the Pro.
I reached out to support to start a refund ticket but have yet to hear back.
